Item name: Sparklet Syphon, Model: Found in France and similar to SCG/P53-ML which is marked ‘carafe’.
Detail: Glass bottle covered in a metal lattice. 5 rows of cut-outs in the metal sleeve.
Markings: ‘Sparklets Ltd, makers London’ on head.
Produced: guess c.1946-c.1955
Height: 34.5cm Width at base 9.5cm
Notes: Newly discovered variant added on 22/1/21. Similar to SCG/P53-ML, which has 6 rows of cut-outs in the metal sleeve. Many thanks to Jeroen van Wettum from the Netherlands for supplying the pictures.
